# TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON RESOLUTION 290-2025

AUTHORIZING T&M ASSOCIATES FOR THE PREPARATION, ADVERTISEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS FOR THE PROJECT 'FY21-24 CDBG CONCRETE ACCESSIBILITY IMPROVEMENTS TO JUSTICE COMPLEX'

WHEREAS, Jackson Township has the need to make replacement of various concrete walkways and curb ramps throughout the Jackson Justice Complex, to address safety concerns such as trip hazards and to address ADA accessibility; and

WHEREAS, the project is to be funded utilizing FY 2021 through FY 2024 Community Development Block Grants previously awarded to the Township; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor and Township Engineers, T&M Associates, are asking approval to prepare, advertise and receive bids for the project “2024 Roadway Improvement Program”; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of Jackson Township, County of Ocean, and State of New Jersey, as follows:

1. The Township Engineers, T&M Associates are hereby authorized and directed to prepare, advertise, and solicit bids for the project “FY21-24 CDBG Concrete Accessibility Improvements to Justice Complex”.

2. That upon the adoption of this Resolution, the Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of it to T&M Associates, the Purchasing Agent, and any other interested parties.
