# RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, APPOINTING LAYA CUSANO AND RAYMOND TREMOR JR. AS MEMBERS OF THE JACKSON TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, as there are two positions for full members of Jackson
Township Zoning Board of Adjustment currently vacant due to the resignations of Shira
Parnes and Stacey Kavanaugh, the Township Council desires to appoint Laya Cusano and
Raymond Tremor to such positions pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-69
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. That the Township Council hereby appoints Laya Cusano as a Member of the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for the remainder of the unexpired term of Shira Parnes, commencing as of the date of this resolution and ending June 30, 2029.
2. That the Township Council hereby appoints Raymond Tremor Jr. as a Member of the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for the remainder of the unexpired term of Stacey Kavanaugh, commencing as of the date of this resolution and ending June 30, 2029
3. That a certified copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the Secretary of the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment and the appointees.
