BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution shall be provided to the following:
The Council notes that the above calculation reflects the maximum allowable reduction per the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law which requires that no less than 30% of the original bond amount remain in place until final acceptance.
The Township hereby authorizes a reduction in the total Performance Guarantee for this project from $1,408,710.00 to a new total Performance Guarantee in the amount of $422,613.00, which shall include a bonded portion in the amount of $380,351.70 and a cash portion in the amount of $42,261.30.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED this 26th day of August, 2025 by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows:
