WHEREAS, applications have been received by the Township Clerk for renewal of plenary retail distribution licenses for the 2025/2026 licensing term.

WHEREAS, said applicants have complied with the rules and regulations governing the filing of said applications; and

WHEREAS, the governing body of the Township of Jackson has not received any objections to the granting of an alcoholic beverage license to the aforesaid applicants.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Township of Jackson that renewal pf the following plenary retail distribution licenses effective July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, are granted.
