TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON RESOLUTION 239-2025

RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY AMENDING RESOLUTION R4-25 OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON TO DESIGNATE AN ADDITIONAL OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY OF FUNDS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2025

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution R4-25 the Township of Jackson designated two (2) financial institutions as the official depositories for the deposit of all public funds referred to in the Township's cash management plan; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary and appropriate for the Township to add an additional financial institution as an official depository.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED this 8th day of July, 2025 by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows:

  1. Resolution R4-25 IV “Designation of Depositories” shall be amended to include a fourth financial institution: First Commerce Bank
  2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution shall be provided to the following:
  3. Michael Reina, Mayor
  4. Stephanie Marlin, CFO
  5. First Commerce Bank
  6. Gregory P. McGuckin, Township Attorney
