TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON RESOLUTION 236-2025

RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AUTHORIZING CANCELLATION OF TAXES ON TOWNSHIP OWNED PROPERTIES

WHEREAS, The Township acquired Block 22103 Lot 13 on 1/9/2025 and will be exempt for the remaining 2025 taxes, and;

WHEREAS, the 2025 final taxes need to be removed until the parcels are listed as exempt in the 2026 tax duplicate.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, in the County of Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows:

1. The Tax Collector is directed to remove the 2025 final taxes on Township owned parcels.
2. The parcels are to be listed as exempt in the 2026 tax duplicate.
