## TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON RESOLUTION 221-2025

ASSIGNING A PROJECT TO TOWNSHIP ENGINEERS T&M ASSOCIATES TO PROVIDE SURVEYING, DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION AND INSPECTION SERVICES IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE WESTLAKE MEWS CONNECTOR ROAD SIDEWALK EXTENSION TO ROBINS ESTATES

WHEREAS, The Township has need of Survey, Design, Construction Administration and Inspection Services in association with the Westlake Mews Connector Road Sidewalk Extension to Robins Estates; and

WHEREAS, after a fair and open process, T&M Associates was appointed as Township Engineer to provide engineering services during 2025 and has provided a proposal for the services needed for the Westlake Mews Connector Road Sidewalk Extension to Robins Estates by T&M Associates correspondence dated June 17, 2025, attached hereto and made a part hereof as Schedule A.; and

WHEREAS, T&M Associates has the ability and knowledge to perform those services required and necessary by the Township; and

WHEREAS, the Township desires to assign the required engineering services project to T&M Associates.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:

1. That T&M Associates is hereby assigned to perform Construction Administration and Inspection Services in association with the Westlake Mews Connector Road sidewalk extension to robins estates in an amount not to exceed $29,700.00, in accordance with the T&M Associates correspondence dated June 17, 2025, attached hereto and made a part hereof as Schedule A.

2. That this resolution shall take effect immediately.

3. That a certified copy of this resolution shall be provided by the Township Clerk to the Chief Financial Officer and T&M Associates.
