TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON RESOLUTION 222-2025

AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A 2025 KENNEL LICENSE TO NORTHERN OCEAN COUNTY ANIMAL FACILITY

WHEREAS, the Township of Jackson desires to issue a 2025 Kennel License to Northern Ocean County Animal Facility, 615 Fremont Avenue, Jackson Township; and

WHEREAS, this approval is based upon the submission of all required documents, and the approval of all appropriate municipal departments and the Municipal Utilities Authority

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:

1. The application of Northern Ocean County Animal Facility, 615 Fremont Avenue, Jackson Township, is hereby approved through January 1, 2026.
2. The Township Clerk is hereby authorized to issue the aforesaid license to the applicant.
3. Said license is issued subject to any and all restrictions imposed by the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment and/or the Jackson Township Planning Board.
4. Upon the adoption of the resolution, the Township Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of it to Northern Ocean County Animal Facility
