# TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON RESOLUTION 219-2025
# RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE JACKSON TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, as the terms of certain existing members of the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment (Kenneth Bressi, Robert Hudak and Shira Parness) expire as of June 30, 2025, the Township Council desires to appoint members of the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-69; and
WHEREAS, the Township Council hereby appoints members of the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment, as set forth below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. That the Township Council does hereby reappoint Shira Parness as a member of the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for a term commencing July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2029.
2. That the Township Council does hereby appoint Carlos Martins as a member of the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for a term commencing July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2029.
3. That the Township Council does hereby appoint Stacey Kavanaugh as a member of the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for a term commencing July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2029.
4. That a certified copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the Secretary of the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment and the appointees.
