# TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON RESOLUTION 218-2025

## ASSIGNING A PROJECT TO TOWNSHIP ENGINEERS T&M ASSOCIATES TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION AND INSPECTION SERVICES IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE PITNEY LANE TRAFFIC CALMING IMPROVEMENTS

WHEREAS, The Township has need of Construction Administration and Inspection Services in association with the Pitney Lane Traffic Calming Improvements; and

WHEREAS, after a fair and open process, T&M Associates was appointed as Township Engineer to provide engineering services during 2025 and has provided a proposal for the services needed for the Pitney Lane project by T&M Associates correspondence dated June 17, 2025, attached hereto and made a part hereof as Schedule A.; and

WHEREAS, T&M Associates has the ability and knowledge to perform those services required and necessary by the Township; and

WHEREAS, the Township desires to assign the required engineering services project to T&M Associates.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:

1. That T&M Associates is hereby assigned to perform Construction Administration and Inspection Services in association with the Pitney Lane Traffic Calming Improvements in an amount not to exceed $11,600.00, in accordance with the T&M Associates correspondence dated June 17, 2025, attached hereto and made a part hereof as Schedule A.

2. That this resolution shall take effect immediately.

3. That a certified copy of this resolution shall be provided by the Township Clerk to the Chief Financial Officer and T&M Associates.
