Whereas, in accordance with approvals previously received from the Jackson Township Planning Board, the Township has received a proposed stormwater base agreement to this property and an application for a grading license / soil export permit with said agreement has been approved by the Township Attorney and license application has been approved by the Township Engineer, and

Whereas, the performance and maintenance guarantees for this project have been submitted and acceptable form, and

Now therefore, be resolved that the Mayor and Township Clerk and such other officials of the Township as may be required or here by authorized to execute said, stormwater basin agreement and grading license / soil export permit,

Being further resolved that a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the following:
