===== PAGE 1 ===== # TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON RESOLUTION 176-2025 ## AUTHORIZE CANCELLATION OF PROPERTY TAXES DUE TO TOTALLY EXEMPT VETERAN WHEREAS, the Tax Collector has forwarded to the Mayor and Council of the Township of Jackson, a recommendation to cancel uncollectible taxes, due to the property owner being approved for a totally exempt veteran; and WHEREAS, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 54:4-99, there are provisions for the Township of Jackson to make adjustments with respect to uncollectible taxes. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the Township of Jackson, Ocean County, New Jersey, do hereby authorize the cancellation of taxes as follows, based upon the recommendation of the Tax Collector:
