TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON RESOLUTION 175-2025

AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF REMAINING SOIL PERMIT ESCROW FUNDS TO RONALD S. BARTON

WHEREAS, pursuant to Township Code, the Township of Jackson required Ronald S. Barton to post $2,500.00 for Soil Import Permit reviews; and

WHEREAS, the Soil Import Permit was issued in July of 2024 and the Township Engineer, T&M Associates has completed all reviews and recommended the release of the remaining escrow funds of $1,109.00.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:

1. That the governing body hereby authorizes the release of remaining Soil Import Review escrow funds of $1,109.00 to Ronald S. Barton.
2. That a certified copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Chief Financial Officer, the Township Engineer and Ronald S. Barton.
