TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON RESOLUTION 172-2025

DESIGNATING SHAWN BOLINSKY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AS THE “RESPONSIBLE CHARGE” FOR ALL FEDERAL-AID ROADWAY AND CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

WHEREAS, the Township of Jackson regularly undertakes roadway and construction projects that are funded in whole or in part through federal aid programs; and

WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration require that each local public agency designate a full-time employee to serve as the “Responsible Charge” for the administration and oversight of federal-aid projects; and

WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Township of Jackson to formally designate Shawn Bolinsky of the Department of Public Works as the “Responsible Charge” to ensure proper compliance and administration of federal-aid roadway and construction projects.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:

1. That Shawn Bolinsky of the Department of Public Works is hereby designated as the “Responsible Charge” for all federal-aid roadway and construction projects administered by the Township of Jackson.
2. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
3. That a certified copy of this resolution shall be provided by the Municipal Clerk to the Chief Financial Officer, Shawn Bolinsky and T&M Associates.
