## TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON RESOLUTION 171-2025
## AUTHORIZING A SHARED SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN JACKSON TOWNSHIP AND THE JACKSON TOWNSHIP BOARD OF EDUCATION FOR THE USE OF THE TOWNSHIP'S CELLULAR TOWER LOCATED AT 10 DON CONNOR BLVD
WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:65-1, the Jackson Township Board of Education and the Township of Jackson wish to enter into a Shared Services Agreement as set forth in the attached Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of the Township of Jackson wishes to authorize the execution of said Shared Services Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED this 13th day of May, 2025 by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. The Township Mayor, Township Clerk and such other Township officials as may be deemed necessary, are hereby authorized to execute the proposed Shared Services Agreement between the Township and the Jackson Township Board of Education as set forth in the attached Exhibit A.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution shall be provided to the following:
1. Michael Reina, Mayor
2. Gregory P. McGuckin, Esq., Township Attorney
3. Sandra Martin, RMC, CMR, Township Clerk
4. Jackson Township Board of Education
I, Sandra Martin, Municipal Clerk of the Township of Jackson in the County of Ocean, hereby certify that the above is a true copy of a Resolution adopted by the Township Council on the 13th day of May 2025.
