# TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON RESOLUTION 158-2025
RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY GRANTING A SPECIAL PERMIT FOR A SOCIAL AFFAIR AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWNSHIP CLERK TO CERTIFY SPECIAL PERMIT APPLICATION FOR JACKSON TOWNSHIP CASSVILLE VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY NO. 1- DISTRICT 2
WHEREAS, a complete application for a Special Permit for a Social Affair from the Jackson Township Cassville Volunteer Fire Company No. 1- District 2, has been submitted to the Township Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has reviewed said application and certified that there is no objection to the applicant's application; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson as follows:
1. That the Council hereby grants a Special Permit for a Social Affair to the Jackson Township Cassville Volunteer Fire Company No. 1- District 2 to hold said Social Affair on May 29, 2025 at 785 Miller Ave., Jackson Twp. from 5:30 PM to 11:30 PM.
2. That the Township Clerk is authorized to certify the above-referenced Special Permit Application and provide a copy of same and this Resolution to the Cassville Volunteer Fire Company No. 1- District 2.
