RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY APPROVING APPLICATIONS FOR NINETEEN 2025 AMUSEMENT GAMES LICENSES FOR SIX FLAGS GREAT ADVENTURE LLC

WHEREAS, the Township Clerk received an application for nineteen Amusement Games Licenses from Six Flags Great Adventure LLC to operate arcade games at Six Flags Great Adventure located at 1 Six Flags Boulevard, Jackson, New Jersey; and

WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted the application form prescribed by the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission, the municipal and state license fees, and complied with all requirements of the Code of the Township of Jackson including approval by the Police Department.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson as follows:

1. That the application of Six Flags Great Adventure LLC for nineteen Amusement Game Licenses to operate arcade games at Six Flags Great Adventure located at 1 Six Flags Boulevard, Jackson, New Jersey, is hereby approved and licenses granted for the year 2025.
2. That a copy of this resolution shall be provided to Six Flags Great Adventure LLC.
3. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
