The “on-line” auction will commence on April 10, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. and terminate on April 28, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
Municibid will sponsor the on-line auction. They are a state contract vendor, and do not impose fees on the Township.

Everything is being sold as-is and there are no warranties or returns. All sales are final.
The Township Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Items which do not sell may be sold for scrap value for purpose of recovering revenue and to remove items from the premise. If they are not sold or have no value, they can be disposed of and off the fixed asset inventory.
The Township of Jackson makes no warranty or guaranties, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information regarding items offered for sale.
