TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON RESOLUTION 129-2025

AUTHORIZING THE TAX COLLECTOR TO CANCEL TAXES AS TO BLOCK: 23107 LOT: 2 FOR A 100% DISABLED VETERAN WHO IS ENTITLED TO A 50% DEDUCTION BECAUSE OF OWNERSHIP

BE IT RESOLVED by the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:

  1. The Tax Collector is hereby authorized to cancel 50% of the taxes for Block: 23107, Lot: 2, for a prorated amount based upon the application date as 2/20/2025 by William Mc Kinnon, 1448 Jordan Ave, Jackson, NJ 08527.
  2. Once the tax rate is struck for 2025 the collector will cancel off 50% of the total tax bill.
  3. A certified copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the following;
  4. Township Tax Collector
  5. Tax Assessor
