I, SANDRA F. MARTIN, RMC, CMR, Township Clerk of the Township of Jackson do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the Township of Jackson Township Committee at a meeting held on the 25th day of March, 2025.

  • That Peter Maher is reappointed to the position of Tax Assessor, effective July 1, 2025, which shall grant Peter Maher tenure under N.J.S.A. 54:1-35.31.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey:

WHEREAS, the Mayor and Township Council desire to reappoint Peter Maher to the position of Tax Assessor, effective July 1, 2025, thereby granting tenure to Peter Maher under N.J.S.A. 54:1-35.31.

WHEREAS, Peter Maher was duly appointed as Tax Assessor for the Township of Jackson and his appointment is expiring June 30, 2025;
