RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY HIRING BETH-ELLEN GENCARELLI AS PART-TIME INTERIM DEPUTY MUNICIPAL CLERK

WHEREAS, the Township of Jackson ("Township") has determined a need for

fulfilling Open Public Records Act (OPRA) requests and other related duties in the Municipal Clerk's Office; and

WHEREAS, Ms. Beth-Ellen Gencarelli possesses the necessary qualifications and experience to support the Clerk's Office in this capacity; and

WHEREAS, the Township desires to hire Ms. Beth-Ellen Gencarelli as a part-time Interim Deputy Municipal Clerk, working remotely, at an hourly rate of $50.00 per hour;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:

1. Ms. Beth-Ellen Gencarelli is hereby hired as a part-time Interim Deputy Municipal Clerk.
2. Ms. Beth-Ellen Gencarelli shall be compensated at a rate of $50.00 per hour.
3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
