A copy of this resolution, along with the executed contract and Business Entity Disclosure Certification, shall be maintained on file with the Township Clerk and be available for public inspection.
The Township Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of this award as required by law.
This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
