TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON
RESOLUTION 120-2025
WHEREAS, Block 22103 Lots 13 is owned by the Township of Jackson and was found to have been changed into another property owners name inadvertently;
WHEREAS, the Township is exempt from taxes, and the taxes for the 3rd & 4th quarters of 2024 & 1st & 2nd quarters of 2025 need to be cancelled.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, in the County of Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows:
The Tax Collector is directed to cancel taxes as follows:
2024-$24.85
2025-$24.05
The parcel is to be exempted on the 2025 tax list.
I hereby certify the foregoing to be true copy of a Resolution adopted by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, Ocean County, New Jersey at their regular meeting held on March 11, 2025.
