The Mayor, Township Clerk and such other Township Officials as may be deemed necessary are hereby authorized to execute a Separation Agreement between the Township of Jackson and Terence Wall.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED this 27th day of February, 2025 by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows:
WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of Jackson wishes to authorize the execution of that agreement.
WHEREAS, the Township has negotiated a Separation Agreement with Terence Wall from his positions of employment with the Township of Jackson; and
