# TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON RESOLUTION 109-2025
## AMENDING RESOLUTION R70-25 TO CORRECT THE FINANCE ACCOUNT TO BE CHARGED
WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of Jackson has previously adopted Resolution R70-25; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution did not charge the correct finance account for the costs resulting from that appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED this 27th day of February, 2025 by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. Resolution R70-25 be amended to reflect the correct finance account be charged as 5-01-20-155-003-027.
