# JACKSON TOWNSHIP RESOLUTION 111-2025 RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE APPOINTMENT OF SANDRA F. MARTIN AS REGISTRAR
WHEREAS, the Office of Registrar is vacant as of March 3, 2025; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 26:8-17, the Registrar shall serve a term of office for a three year period; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Township Council to appoint Sandra F. Martin as the Registrar for a term of three years (3).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Jackson Township Council in the County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. Sandra F. Martin is hereby appointed as Township Registrar for a three (3) year term.
2. Fees paid to the Registrar and Deputy Registrar are paid in accordance with local ordinance and State Statutes.
3. Copies of this resolution to appointee, the State Registrar, the Mayor's Office, Personnel Department, Payroll and any other interested parties.
I, Sandra Martin, Municipal Clerk of the Township of Jackson in the County of Ocean, hereby certify that the above is a true copy of a Resolution adopted by the Township Council on the 27th day of February 2025.
