RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY APPOINTING SANDRA MARTIN, RMC, MUNICIPAL CLERK FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON
WHEREAS, N.J.S.A. 40A:9-133 provides for each municipality to appoint a Municipal Clerk for a three (3) year term; and
WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of Jackson has determined that it is appropriate to appoint Sandra Martin, RMC, to the position of Municipal Clerk effective upon the adoption of this Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED this 23rd day of January, 2025 that Sandra Martin, RMC, be and she is hereby appointed as Municipal Clerk for the Township of Jackson for a term of three (3) years commencing January 23, 2025 expiring on January 22, 2028.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded upon:
