That this resolution shall take effect immediately.
That a certified copy of this resolution shall be provided by the Township Clerk to Administration, Personnel, Purchasing, Arthur R. Thibault of the firm Apruzzese, McDermott, Mastro, and Murphy, P.C. and James W. Holzapfel of the firm Citta, Holzapfel & Zabarsky and any other interested parties.
