RESOLUTION TO APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF TOWNSHIP ADMINISTRATOR, AS
FUND COMMISSIONER TO THE OCEAN COUNTY JOINT INSURANCE FUND FOR CY
2025
WHEREAS, membership in the Fund provides for the appointment of a Fund Commissioner to represent the interest of the Township; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Township Council to fill said positions.
WHEREAS, the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Township Council, desires to appoint Terence M. Wall, as Fund Commissioner to the Ocean County Joint Insurance Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows:
Terence M. Wall is hereby appointed a Fund Commissioner to the Ocean County Joint Insurance Fund for a term commencing January 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2025.
Appointees shall serve without additional compensation.
Certified copies of this resolution to Township Administrator, the Fund, Appointees and any other interested parties.
I hereby certify the foregoing to be true copy of a Resolution adopted by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, Ocean County, New Jersey at their Re-organization meeting held on January 2, 2025.
