R25-25 RESOLUTION TO DESIGNATE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2025

WHEREAS, under the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:53-1, the Township Council may designate an official newspaper or newspapers for publication for all Township advertisements and notices required by law to be published; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey as follows:

  1. The following newspapers are hereby designated as official newspapers for publication for all Township advertisements and notices required by law to be published commencing January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025:
  2. Asbury Park Press: 3600 State Route 66, Neptune, NJ, 07753
  3. Shore News Network- 6 Kennedy Ct., Jackson, NJ, 08527
  4. The Lakewood Scoop- PO Box 151., Lakewood, NJ 08701
  5. Certified copies of this resolution to aforesaid newspapers and any other interested parties.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be true copy of a Resolution adopted by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, Ocean County, New Jersey at their Re-organization meeting held on January 2, 2025.
