WHEREAS, under the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:53-1, the Township Council may designate an official newspaper or newspapers for publication for all Township advertisements and notices required by law to be published; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey as follows:
The following newspapers are hereby designated as official newspapers for publication for all Township advertisements and notices required by law to be published commencing January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025:
