RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY APPOINTING KENNETH BRESSI TO FILL A VACANCY ON THE JACKSON TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey (herein referred to as “Township”) has been made aware that there exists a vacancy for the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment; and

WHEREAS, the Township has received and carefully reviewed the extensive resume submitted by Kenneth Bressi, a resident of Jackson Township; and

WHEREAS, the Township believes that the appointment of Kenneth Bressi to the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the unexpired term of Gregg Stafford-Smith is appropriate and is in the best interest of the Township of Jackson.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, this day of , 2024 by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows:

1. Kenneth Bressi is hereby appointed as a member to the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment, effective January 1, 2025, to fill the unexpired term of Gregg Stafford-Smith through June 30, 2025.
2. The Township authorizes the Mayor, Council President and Township Clerk to execute any and all necessary documents in order to implement the intent of this Resolution.
3. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded by the Township Clerk to the following:
