RESOLUTION OF CONSENT TO THE APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO THE COMMISSION FOR THE DISABLED CY 2025

WHEREAS, under date of January 1, 2025 there is a need to appointment members to the Commission for the Disabled; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor, with the advice and consent of Council, is authorized to make said appointments pursuant to Chapter 3, Section 153(A) of the Administrative Code of the Township of Jackson; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor desires to fill said vacancies on this board.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey as follows:

  1. That pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:69A-36(B), the Township Council does hereby consent to the appointment of the following individuals to the Commission for the Disabled for a term commencing January 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2025:

  4. Sharon Hollander
  5. Sam Iorio
  6. Drew Henning
  7. Aaron Berkowitz
  8. Katrina Iorio
  9. Alex Janoczkin
  10. Nick Janoczkin

  12. Marilene Losito
  13. Appointees shall serve without compensation.
  14. Copies of this resolution to the Appointees and any other interested parties.
