RESOLUTION OF CONSENT TO THE APPOINTMENT OF TERENCE M. WALL AS REPRESENTATIVE AND JASON WORTH AS ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE TO THE OCEAN COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM FOR CY 2025

WHEREAS, Jackson Township previously entered into an agreement with the County of Ocean entitled “Agreement Between the County of Ocean and Certain Municipalities located herein for the establishment of a cooperative means of conducting certain community development activities”; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor, as a prerequisite in applying for said Community Development Activities Funding for 2025, must appoint a representative to represent the Township; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Township Council, desires to appoint Terence Wall as Representative, and Jason Worth as Alternate Representative, to the Ocean County Community Development Block Grant Program.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows:

1. That Terence Wall is hereby appointed as Jackson Township’s Community Development Block Grant Representative Terence M. Wall and Jason Worth is appointed as Alternate Representative to the Ocean County Development Block Grant Program for the calendar year 2025.
2. That the Township Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of it to the Director of the Ocean County Community Development Block Grant Program, Appointees and to any other interested parties.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be true copy of a Resolution adopted by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, Ocean County, New Jersey at their Re-organization meeting held on January 2, 2025.
