RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY APPOINTING JASON SUCH AS ALTERNATE #2 TO THE JACKSON TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey (herein referred to as “Township”) has been made aware that there exists a vacancy for alternate #2 for the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment; and

WHEREAS, the Township has received and carefully reviewed the extensive resume submitted by Jason Such, a resident of Jackson Township; and

WHEREAS, the Township believes that the appointment of Jason Such as alternate #2 to the Zoning Board of Adjustment is appropriate and is in the best interest of the Township of Jackson.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, this day of January, 2025 by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows: 1. Jason Such is hereby appointed as alternate #2 to the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment through December 31, 2026.

1. Jason Such is hereby appointed as alternate #2 to the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment through December 31, 2026.
2. The Township authorizes the Mayor, Council President and Township Clerk to execute any and all necessary documents in order to implement the intent of this Resolution.
3. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded by the Township Clerk to the following:
