BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this complete amendment, in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A: 4-9, shall be advertised on the Township's website at https://www.jacksontwpnj.net/605/Legal-Notices on May 27, 2026, and that said advertisement contained notice of public hearing on said amendment to be held June 9, 2026.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a certified copy of this amendment be for certification of Division of Local Government Services, Department of Community Affairs, State of New Jersey to the via upload to the Financial Automation Submission Tracking ("FAST") for certification of the 2026 Local Municipal Budget so amended.
