COUNCILMAN MARTIN – Merry Christmas and wished residents a safe New Year.
COUNCILMAN NIXON – Merry Christmas and thanked the Council for the accommodations made at the last meeting to allow him to attend via telephone conference. Happy New Year!
COUNCIL VICE PRESIDENT UPDEGRAVE – waived comments
