RESOLUTION 088R-22 TITLE: AUTHORIZE TAX OVERPAYMENT REFUNDS

WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Township Tax Collector that the taxpayers as indicated on the attached Schedule “A” are entitled to overpayment refunds, and;

WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Township Council to have these overpayments returned to the respective taxpayers;

  • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, that:
  • The Tax Collector is hereby authorized to make overpayment refunds in the amount shown and to the taxpayers, as appears on Schedule “A” which made a part hereof.
  • Copies of this Resolution to the Tax Collector.

WHEREAS, the Township Administrator and the Personnel Officer have recommended that the Township provide an Employee Assistance Program for the staff; and

WHEREAS, the Township determined to offer an Employee Assistance Program as a Professional Services contract pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a); and
