WHEREAS, certain appropriations listed herein have amounts in excess necessary to fulfill its purpose and others have insufficient funding for the calendar year.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey that:

  1. The following annexed transfer schedule (#5) for the 2021 Municipal Operating Budget of the Township of Jackson are hereby made for the above stated reasons:
  2. This resolution shall take effect upon two-thirds affirmative vote by the full governing body of the Township of Jackson.
  3. Copies of this resolution to the Administrator, Chief Financial Officer and Auditor.

  7. TITLE: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEDICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE COUNTY OF OCEAN FOR ROADWAY WIDENING PURPOSES

  9. WHEREAS, the Township of Jackson has previously entered into an Agreement with T-Mobile Northeast, LLC and Eco-Site II, LLC for a leasing of certain Township property known as Lot 3 in Block 17302 as shown on the Official Tax Maps of the Township of Jackson for the construction of placement thereon of a cellular tower; and
  10. WHEREAS, in accordance with approvals previously received, the County of Ocean has requested a dedication of approximately 679 square feet of land along the County roadway; and
  11. WHEREAS, since the land is owned by the Township of Jackson, as the Landlord, it is necessary for the Township to execute the proposed Deed of Dedication; and
  12. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, this 25th day of January 2022, by the Township Council of Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows:
  13. The Mayor and Township Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute the appropriate Deed of Dedication and such other documents as may be necessary to implement the intent of this Resolution.
  14. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution, along with the executed Deed of Dedication following the Mayor’s signature, be forwarded to the following:
