Effective Dates: January 2023 – August 2026

This memorandum identifies changes made to the original agreement and is effective immediately upon signature and shall remain effective until the original agreement end date (noted above). Each institution/program is responsible for notifying students who may be utilizing this agreement of the modifications made to the original agreement through the memorandum.

Modifications:

• Updated total credits transferred, applicable, remaining table to new format.
• Added clarifying language throughout as needed regarding applicability of credits
• Removal of conditional admission clause in Admission Criteria section.
• Updated contact information for UC Sr Transfer & Articulation Specialist and references to Transfer & Transition Advising Center
