WHEREAS, Shady Lake Park Inc. has requested a renewal of its Mobile Home Park License for Calendar Year 2022 for property located at 631 N. County Line Road, a/k/a Block 4303, Lot 45 & 47, Jackson Township; and

WHEREAS, per Chapter 400 of the Jackson Code, said applicant has submitted their application in proper form, paid the required fees and has received approval from various municipal departments and agencies.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows:

  1. The application of Shady Lake Park Inc. for renewal of its Mobile Home Park License for CY 2022 at 631 N. County Line Road a/k/a Block 4303, Lot 45 & 47, Jackson Township, is hereby approved.
  2. The Township Clerk is hereby authorized to issue the aforesaid renewal to the applicant.
  3. 3.Said license is issued for a period commencing March 8, 2022 and ending January 31, 2023.
  4. That upon the adoption of this resolution, the Township Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of it to Shady Lake Park, Inc. and the Rent Leveling Board.

TITLE: AUTHORIZE RENEWAL OF KENNEL LICENSE TO NORTHERN OCEAN COUNTY ANIMAL FACILITY (BLOCK 22902, LOT 9 – 615 FREEMONT AVENUE)

WHEREAS, the applicant, Northern Ocean County Animal Facility, 615 Freemont Avenue, Jackson, New Jersey (Block 22902, Lot 9) has submitted an application for renewal of the license to operate a kennel at the premises as set forth below pursuant to Article III of Chapter 98 of the Jackson Township Code; and

WHEREAS, the application is in proper form, the proper fees have been paid and taxes have been paid up-to-date on the premises in question; and

WHEREAS, all involved municipal agencies and officials have either reviewed the applications or inspected the premises and have no objection to the renewal of the license.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows:

  1. That the Township Clerk is hereby authorized to deliver the applicant, Northern Ocean County Animal Facility, 615 Freemont Avenue, Jackson, New Jersey, a renewal of the kennel license commencing on March 8, 2022 and terminating January 31, 2023.
  2. This license is issued subject to applicant's continued compliance with conditions and requirements as follows:
