Alternates:

1. Install metal decking, insulation, and roof membrane where the Air Conditioning Unit is removed, ADD . . . $650.00
2. Perform Infrared Analysis roof scan by certified licensed consulting firm to determine areas of wet insulation, if any, ADD . . . $1,980.00 (Note: this is required by the roofing system manufacturer).
3. Install Lightning Protection System, ADD . . . $14,120.00.
4. Any additional work, drain repairs, wood replacement, etc. will be invoiced at Time & Material Rates. $85.00 per man hour and the cost of material plus 25% mark-up on materials.

Notes & Qualifications:

1. Proposal assumes continuous performance of the work during normal business hours.
2. Owner/tenant to provide adequate room immediately adjacent to the building for staging of equipment & materials.
3. Proposal includes all disposal fees and roofing permit.
4. Proposal is based on Third Quarter projected PVC and ISO cost and current accessory cost. Supplier price quote provided upon request.
