Any additional work, drain repairs, wood replacement, etc. will be invoiced at Time & Material Rates. $85.00 per man hour and the cost of material plus 25% mark-up on materials.
Notes & Qualifications:
Proposal assumes continuous performance of the work during normal business hours.
Owner/tenant to provide adequate room immediately adjacent to the building for staging of equipment & materials.
Proposal includes all disposal fees and roofing permit.
Proposal is based on Third Quarter projected PVC and ISO cost and current accessory cost. Supplier price quote provided upon request.
