  1. Hourly rates are portal to portal.

  3. Stand-by time and cancellation without prior notice will be invoiced at the appropriate hourly rate.
  4. An overtime multiplier of 1.5 will be applied to the above rates for any work performed between 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. weekends, holidays and over 8 hours per day.
  5. Rates for services not listed will be provided as requested.
  6. Field Support Vehicle Per Day $ 85.00
  7. Lodging, per person (subject to change dependent on geographical area) Per Day $ 120.00
