Additionally, we post the meeting dates in the terminal display and on the airport's website in accordance with Florida Statutes. Article II, Section 1.H of the Authority By-laws states, "Nothing herein shall preclude the Board from holding a regular Board or committee meeting on dates or at times or places other than those specified herein... Staff requests that the Board review and approve the list of meeting dates to set the Airport Authority's regular meetings calendar for the year 2021 and to publish proper notice in the newspapers and forward calendar to the county clerks.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: The Authority approves the schedule of Authority meeting dates for Regular Meetings and scheduled Workshops for the year 2021 as presented and authorizes staff to prepare all documents to implement this action.
