Compensation and Payments

A. Client agrees to pay Landesco PLLC as follows:

1. Program Verification$700.00
2. Schematic Design Phase$2,570.00
3. Design Development Phase$1,650.00
4. Construction Documents Phase$2,080.00
5. Bidding Phase Services$1,500.00
TOTAL DESIGN FEE$8,500.00
C. Additional Services
1. Principal Landscape Architect$150.00/Hour
2. Landscape Architect/Designer$100.00/Hour
3. Environmental Consultant/Specialist$100.00/Hour
4. CAD/Drafting/Modeling/Rendering$95.00/Hour
5. Administrative/Permitting$60.00/Hour
  • D. Landesco shall bill Client for Basic and Additional Services. All payments are due to Landesco PLLC upon receipt of invoice. A service charge of 1.5% per month may be charged on all outstanding debts due more than 30 days after date of invoice.

The Scope of Services above have been defined and proposed as Basic Services for the successful planning, design, and completion of the Sarasota Airport Ground Transportation Center as they relate to Landscaping and Irrigation.
