Provide Final Bid and Construction Documents, including design drawings, and associated details sufficient for bidding and construction.
5.1 Incorporate final Airport comments from 100% Construction Drawings into Bid Documents.
5.2 Provide assistance to the Airport for any revisions required during Bidding Phase to be published with Addendum documents.
Electronically signed and sealed digital plans (landscape plans and irrigation plans), including all notes, details, quantities, spacing/locations, dimensioning, calculations, plan enlargements, and specifications of all proposed materials.
All work will be based on site plans created/provided by AVCON, Inc.
Services beyond Landesco's Basic Services may be provided if confirmed and agreed to in writing. Additional Services include modifications to the final construction documents due to Client's changes, or changes to other consultant's drawings which directly or indirectly affect Landesco's final drawings. Additional Services are provided either on a set fee, agreed to in advance in writing, or on an hourly basis.
