The professional services that Bell Engineering will provide include, and are limited to, those described under Scope of Services, Sections 2.0. All other services are specifically excluded. Specifically excluded items:
Surveying, Geotechnical Engineering/Subsurface Utility Engineering services (SUE) locates/review.
Drainage design, modeling or permitting of proposed drainage improvement with FDEP/SWFWMD- Master drainage plan updates.
Site Development/Construction Plan design services.
Environmental services, Environmental contamination risk studies or analysis
• Electrical / Mechanical / Structural / Plumbing / Architectural / Archeological services
Presentation graphic exhibits or renderings
Planning, design, or permitting of any on-site or off-site improvements.
Federal Government permitting services.
Preparation of schedule of values / cost estimating.
Construction Bidding Services, Contract Preparation, Contract Documents
Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) design or review
Landscape Architecture.
Sanitary sewer lift station design or analysis.
