Construction Documents (100%)

Produce detailed construction documents and specifications, as necessary. Typical deliverable will include:

  1. Sign Location Plans
  2. Sign Graphic Layouts*
  3. Sign Mounting Elevations
  4. Sign Fabrication Details
  5. Technical Specifications
  6. *A Sign Message Schedule will be provided only if sign messaging is not included in Sign Graphic Layouts.

Task 2: GTC Building Exterior

Conceptual Design (30%)

Provide design concepts to address the signage requirements as dictated by necessary architectural and messaging considerations. Typical deliverable will include:

  1. Sign Type Location Plans
  2. Sign Design and Message Layout Concepts
  3. Fabrication and Materials Notes

Design Development (60%)

Limited review and comment on 60% deliverable developed by AVCON.

Construction Documents (100%)

Limited review and comment on 100% deliverable developed by AVCON.

MEETINGS / PRESENTATIONS

On-Site Meetings (travel required): None

Project coordination meetings: Up to two (2) video meetings per submittal at 30%, 60%, and 100%.
