Prepare, submit, and coordinate the permit application submittal for the site civil improvements to Sarasota County for Concurrent S&D/Construction Plan Review and approval.

Track the review process and respond to County comments. We will respond to the requests for additional information as necessary during the review process and provide the County with additional information.

Submit an application for an ERP Permit to the Southwest Florida Water Management District. Respond to comments as necessary to obtain the permit.
